I can’t believe it’s already been three years since I created and launched The Meditating Teacher. Through writing and researching for this blog I have grown and deepened my own knowledge and practice in mindfulness, meditation and wellness. I continue to learn new concepts and consider ways educators can strengthen their own teaching practices with mindfulness, especially during these very challenging times.
There were times in the past couple of years when I didn’t spend as much time as I wanted to in developing the website, writing, or creating. However, I’ve decided that it’s time for me to step up and do more to support educators, school counselors, parents and leaders on starting and deepening their mindfulness and wellness journey.
Right now the world needs more compassionate, caring, and mindful people. We can’t just teach kids how to be kind, mindful, and peaceful. Instead, we must embody the qualities of mindfulness and through our presence and compassion our children, teams, and school communities can learn to live in the world more peacefully.
That’s why I’m relaunching a new and improved website next week! You’ll still find me at www.themeditatingteacher.com, but with a different design, landing page, and more resources. In addition, I’ll be launching a new online course called 30 Days of Mindful Moments and coaching services.
I can’t wait to share with you the website's new look, which is why I’m giving you a sneak peak 💜.
Stay tuned for more information about the website and my offerings!!!
